Ohio House Bill 68 has to do with "gender affirming care" and transgendered athletes in woman's sports. The spell was vetoed by the governor and overridden by the Assembly. Now there is an injunction by a county judge. But it is written for the whole of Ohio vs the county. The AG wants it narrowed, probably just to the county.
